HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT POLICY

Sonic Well Sdn. Bhd. (“SWSB”) is committed to providing a healthy and safe work environment and being responsible for the welfare of all staff in accordance with the legal requirements.

To execute the policy successfully, SWSB shall:

• Implement an effective Health, Safety and Environment Management System;
• Provide resources and continuous training for health, safety and environment activities to be carried out in conductive, healthy and safe workplaces;
• Nurture a safe work culture as a practice in SWSB guided by understanding, responsibility and self-regulation;
• Conduct investigation and implement corrective actions on accidents, dangerous occurrences, occupational disease and poisoning: and
• Review this Health, Safety and Environment Policy as required
